what exactly do you need to work it out in a sunny day? I didn't quite go running. A great morning doing what I like in a free day: Getting cold coffee (starbucks this time), and getting in with the news: lots of magazines and computer. After that, I just got time for
"meditation" and watching this beautiful lake I always liked visiting.
Exciting times are coming and we' re packed for a trip to LA this week.
